Dry season skin in Gokwe
What changed when a household in the Midlands swapped a thin lotion for a whipped double butter through the dry months.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates · NHAKA
Moving between dry heat and cold conditioned air all day is hard on skin. What worked for it.

Days spent moving between outdoor heat and heavily air-conditioned indoor spaces. Both dry skin out, and heavier balms felt suffocating in the heat.
NHAKA, our amber and coconut double butter, used sparingly on damp skin in the morning — a scoop about the size of a fingernail per limb rather than a handful.
Enough richness to hold through the swing between heat and cold air, without the greasy film a heavy balm leaves. Using less turned out to be the fix; the butter is whipped, so it goes much further than it looks like it will.
